Private beta — free access

ArrangementLabs.ai is currently in private beta. Invited arrangers, composers, and music educators use the tool at no cost for the full duration of the private beta — no credit card required, no arrangement limit, no hidden charges. The goal of the beta isn't revenue — it's testing. We want to see how real musicians work with the model: what scores they upload, which presets they choose, where the output is musically convincing and where it needs manual correction. Every piece of feedback — through the in-app form or directly by email — goes into our training pipeline and improves the model for all users. Access to the private beta is by invitation. If you want to join, sign up on the waitlist — we prioritize arrangers and music educators who work professionally and can provide substantive feedback.

After launch — pricing models (TBD)

The final pricing model for ArrangementLabs.ai is being shaped by what we learn from beta users about their workflows and willingness-to-pay. We're planning several access paths. Pay-as-you-go for occasional users: individual arrangements without a subscription, paid through Stripe per order. Monthly subscription for regular users: arrangers, teachers, and composers with a steady workflow will benefit from lower per-arrangement pricing and queue priority. Institutional licenses for music schools, publishers, and studios: multi-seat access, API integration, unbranded output. Specific prices — for both PAYG and subscription — are not yet set and will be announced before the public launch planned for the second half of 2026. We don't want to set a price list without market data; we're collecting that data right now through the beta. If you're interested in early institutional pricing or have specific licensing and integration requirements, reach out directly — we'll talk through the options and establish pilot terms.

If you're interested in early institutional pricing (multi-seat, API access, white-labelled output), reach out to hello@arrangementlabs.ai and we'll talk.
